  • Technical Fibre Products (TFP). TFP Laboratory & Facilities Reorganisation project was managed along with in-house project management from James Cropper Plc.
  • TFP is a speciality wet-laid non-woven manufacturer, producing a diverse range of high performance veils and non-woven mats for an array of challenging applications.
  • The Company primarily operate within the Automotive and Aerospace markets while also providing effective solutions in the Defence, Energy, Consumer Electronics, Industrial, Construction and Healthcare markets.
  • Storm Desmond flooded part of the Laboratory areas, this was not acceptable by the business.
  • Critical business planning and risk management contributed to the re-design of the TFP operations. The works needed to be phased to ensure business continuation
  • Phase 1 : Maintain Labs and Install new welfare multi person showering and changing facilities to ground floor
  • Phase 2 : Install new state of the art Labs
  • Phase 3 : Install new conferencing and meeting rooms to basement level
  • Phase 4 : Refurbishment to reception and staircases
  • This project has now provided TFP with their re-designed facility meeting their brief for business continuation. The conference and meeting facility are also a lovely touch to the overall professional look and organisational functions that it offers to its clients and staff. These conference and meeting rooms are used by staff and directors for operational meetings and strategy / steering decision making meetings. We have received great feedback and fabulous compliments regarding the labs, welfare, meeting/conference areas and reception refurbishments.
